Don Gillespie Lecture on Oswego’s Cycling History

Don Gillespie’s 16 by 20 inch painting shows one of the state’s first bicycle races in action led by the famous “one armed rider” Dave Horton, in front of the historical Richardson-Bates House circa 1895.
